The event is held on Saturday 30th June - Sunday 1st July at: DINTON pastures country park Sandford lane Hurst Reading RG10 0SU The events consists of show n shine, trade stands, children entertainment, best club stand award. I'm just seeing if anyone is interested in going? Once I have confirmed numbers then I'll contact the organisers. I'm thinking we just attend on the Sunday as I'll be working Saturday. Also we are allowed to have a BBQ as long as we keep.it off the floor and dispose of it properly (as we would anyway). When you buy tickets you should be able to select the club from the menu.
