Northie100
I've recently acquired a lovely 2013 plate A5 Cabriolet and with the latest downpours I have got a very small leak. Upon investigation it would appear the right hand metal pillar trim is lifting at the top corner - It doesn't "click" if I push on it, but I would have guessed it should have a some sort of clip underneath? Can anyone throw any light on how easy or not this will be to fix. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle, is this likely yo be covered? Thanks in advance for any feedback. Steve Q
Hi Andy, welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 馃檪 if you've just bought the car then I'd recommend taking it back as they shouldn't have sold it with a leak in my opinion. cheers Steve
Northie100
Thanks for the reply Steve, not sure I will get anywhere with that as the car is bought "as seen" and I can't be sure the trim was like it at the time of buying, I had a good look over it and didn't see the trim raised, so it cold have happened since, no way to prove it. But I have taken out a platinum warranty on the car so I am going to see if they will cover the repair. Cheers 聽 Andy
