AlexR Posted May 26, 2019 Share Posted May 26, 2019 NIGHT VISION & HD MATRIX HEADLAMPS. I am ordering a new A6 Avant 55 TFSI QUATTRO TECH PACK. The extras include Night Vision and Matrix HD Headlamps. The Audi Build Configurator does not allow both. My question is: Is this because the Night Vision option includes Matrix HD? I ask this because the Night Vision system is able to precisely ‘triple flash’ a detected target. This precise capability would - it seems to me - require HD Matrix technology. I am hoping that specifying Night Vision will also give Matrix HD headlamp capability. The dealer has not been able to accurately answer this so far.
