Instruction on how to remove the roof lining without breaking anything?

Having trouble finding any information in the manual in the removal of the roof lining. Any help? 

 

I'm told to remove the sun visors then the interior lightnings but not enough information to go on as I do not want to do a Ali baba job on it.
