Rich_Garnett Posted January 27, 2020 Share Posted January 27, 2020 When driving with dipped headlights, which lights should be on? As I'm driving I'm noticing a bulb flash On and OFF. I think the lower lights (see picture BLUE circle) are flashing. Are these supposed to be on with dipped headlights, or are these fog lights only?
