katie80 Posted February 15, 2020 Share Posted February 15, 2020 Hi, I have an Audi TT 2.0 TFSI 09 plate and wondered if any knows why my headlights are so dim. I bought pretty good bulbs to replace existing ones with but didn't make any difference at all. my next thought is to completely replace headlamp units but is there a simpler fix? if not how do i find compatible headlamps? thanks a million petrol people x katie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Magnet Posted February 16, 2020 Share Posted February 16, 2020 Hello Katie, Can we take it the headlamp Perspex ‘glass’ is free from discolourisation? If not, there are products available for remove the film. If they are OK, then I would be checking that the earth connections to the lamps are clean and secure, and also measure the voltage to the lamps. Perhaps you could come back and let us know.
