Hi!

I just got remapped My Audi A6 3.0 bitdi 313, he tried 4 times. First run was 329 and 651nm.

IT ended with 360ps and 720nm. He said something is blocking it to get more power. What could that be!? I tought it would get arpund 400ps..

Before a remap is carried out it's best to have the car fully serviced and in fine fettle. Did he not say what was blocked? Or air, fuel, oil systems etc.

Cheers

It was.. He was not sure. First it was the ESP.. But he dont know what it could be. The engine is in great condition, and all the values was good.

Do Any know what the car should get with  std. Hardware and stage 1 remap

320bhp 470lb ft torque. Again the gains will depend on the tuner. And it should be run on a rolling road for best results. For example:

Also bear this in mind:

"The key is HOW the power is delivered; some companies really spike the torque at low RPM’s and this is what will kill your gearbox. With regards to the limits of the S Tronic box if it its 600Nm then thats approx 440lbs ft. I believe post 2012 245bhp engines run 429lbs ft torque standard(?) which doesn't leave much headroom and is unusual for the VAG group as most things have a decent amount of tolerance built in

A properly developed map won't hit the box with a slug of torque; it should be smooth and progressive."

Cheers
