MWS2020 Posted September 3, 2020 Share Posted September 3, 2020 Hi all, Just wondering if anyone can help, I noticed a noise on my 2011 2.0 tdi A5 when the engine is switched off. Sounds like a fan shutting down or something and only lasts about 2 seconds but its just suddenly started. Please excuse the video quality but does anyone have any ideas on what it might be?? MWS2020 Posted September 7, 2020 Author Share Posted September 7, 2020 Cheers Steve, it's not an extended turning on of the fans like normally happens with a DPF regen it's literally for about 2 seconds everytime the engine is turned off.
