Hi.

Newbie here so please, be gentle with me.

I'm looking to swap the original headlight & sidelight bulbs on my 2005 A3 for LED bulbs.💡

Any advice on this is greatly accepted! I assume it's not just a case of swapping the bulbs over.🤷‍♂️

(that's far too easy for an Audi)😁

Hi it is that easy just as long as you get the right equivalent LED bulbs that match the original bulbs and that the LED

 bulbs are Canbus error free.

I am curious to know why you want to do that?

the original bulbs just don't seem as bright. I also have a Mazda 6 that i have replaced normal bulbs for LED & they are much better.

Thanks Steve.

Didn't think it would be that simple. I shall start my search now.

Cheers

I’ve found LED side lights that work without errors but not actual H7 headlight bulbs if anybody is able to let me know please

Try eBay there are loads, just don't buy the ones that are 100w or got that big cooling fan on the back as they are to long and you won't get the back cover on what you need is H7 can bus error free 55w cob led, put some in my daughters Mito last year and with a 6000k rating they are far better, just make sure you get the bulbs that fit the standard connector.
