JKL
My Q8 has been with the dealers for 9 weeks! They diagnosed a faulty Adblue control unit, sent to Germany for a replacement. They are now saying the replacement is faulty and the new part is due on 1st July. I’ve had a courtesy car but the inconvenience and concern is causing stress. The Adblue control unit damaged another part which the warranty says I have to pay for. Am I within my rights to argue the charge due to the incredible delay? Any advice welcome

Am I within my rights to argue the charge due to the incredible delay? Any advice welcome They shouldn't be charging you. The cars under warranty and the part failed because of another part failure which is under warranty. Clearly there's an issue with the adblue systems on the q8. My advice would be to speak to Audi customer services or the motoring ombudsman. Also if you bought the car on finance then it might be worth contacting the finance company stating the car isn't fit for purpose explaining your case. JKL
Thanks for the response. I'll speak to Audi customer services before I pick up the car
