Sherlock1965
Evening guys Ive been playing with the manual raise button for the spoiler and it operates fine but the spoiler doesn't retract again util I start driving the car again, and at a decent speed. Is this normal please?
JayRA
You should be able to retract it by pressing and holding the button again
Sherlock1965
No it doesn't - looks like a phone call to the dealer tomorrow. have you done this yourself JayRA?
JayRA
Yes mate I've done this in mine, the button can/should manually deploy and retract the spoiler
skull duggery
Sherlock, Push and hold the button until it starts to retract then you can let go of the button and it will continue. as you mentioned if the engine has been switched off and restarted (not via stop /go if you have this option) it will also auto retract at 10mph, the same speed as the auto door lock is engaged. it is also alleged that the spoiler will raise automatically at 85 mph. it will then auto retract at once you drop below 50mph. Cheers, Skull.
Rob F
Mine does the same. Stops up til you restart or go above certain speed. I would say it's fine.
