Hardeep8P Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Hi all, audi a3 1.8T black edition 2010 5 soor i have just recently carried out my own service, ive managed to reset the oil change interval, yet my service one is now saying 9700 mi 17 days??! It was saying 200 miles before i reset the oil but now it looks as though the milage changed but not the days? Trevor Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Hi Hardeep...welcome to the Forum There is some information on how to reset the service lamp in the Technical Section within this Forum If that doesn't work then maybe using a diagnostic tool to reset it may be your only other option. Guest fubar77 Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 try this: with key in the ignition at stage1, pull the mileage reset stalk out until the service info screen blinks and cancels the message. then pull key out and re-insert.
