Andy180977
Ok, can someone confirm that my A3 being a '13' plate is classed as an "8V"? Also, there are a couple of small scuffs by the boot (will try putting a pic on here). Has anyone used the carbon fibre vinyl sheets you can buy off eBay etc? Are they easy to use? Can I just cover the scuffs, or can I get a touch up / turtle wax repair kit that will work? Cheers gang.
Steve Q
Hi Andy it will definitely be an 8v :) Also you could look at getting a boot load protector. Will be slightly more than carbon fiber wrap buy will be more durable as it'll be hard plastic :) Audi do them but other companies such as rgm also do them I believe. Hope IV helped :) Cheers Steve
niedzial1983
As steve said There are boot protectors with a longer edge that rolls out to protect the paintwork and plastics Or vinyl wrap in clear or red :)
Baggy
As the others have said the boot protectors are good, they are self adehsive. I had one of these on my Mini to cover scratches. I am considering one for my A1 to protect the paint. https://www.directcarparts.co.uk/car-accessories-c4/bumper-protectors-c29/audi-t29
