Rossco91 Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Hi everyone, I’m new here and I’m just looking for some help regarding my numberplate bulbs. One of my bulbs went so in all my wisdom I decided I’d switch to LEDs. I got some from the local car parts shop who told me they were canbus and the fault code would be cleared. I fitted said bulbs and they both work, miracle I know, but there is still a message displaying saying I’ve a numberplate bulb not working. Any input here is greatly appreciated. gokiwi64 Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 Sounds like they are no true canbus , there's not enough resistance to tell the lighting module that there are bulbs installed.
