  1. Hey Audi Peeps, I hope you are all well and staying safe? I thought I would share a video I made of my friend's Audi A1 1.4 tfsi in 'sport' trim. It is one of the highest specced A1s as it has the auto box, heated seats, xenon head lights, pano roof etc You may enjoy this video? Stay safe, Thomas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCgJej5tbik
  2. Audi S4 2012. 3L V6 petrol (330bhp) MOT and good service history! 67,000 miles. Fully Loaded with Sat Nav and bang and olufsen sound system. Fully automatic with tiptronic steering wheel paddles. Xenon head lights. Custom fitted cat-back exhaust (also includes original exhaust to set to standard within price). 4 fairly new tyres, recently had new disks and pads on front and recent Quattro wheel alignment. 2 owners including myself. All work and services in past been done by an audi approved garage. I bought 4 years ago from a volkswagen dealer. In great condition and never had any mechanical problems or been in an accident.
  3. For sale my immaculate full main Audi dealer service history TTRS convertible. Black, silver leather, 4 dealer fitted new bridgestones. Just about to get new mot at Audi. Garaged summer weekend car 27000 miles. reasonable offers welcomed, find another one! nick 07403 357947-on hols in Portugal but il try and answer or il call back
  4. Hello everyone. I own a 2015 RS4 Limited Edition, Suzuki Gray / Red with Audi Executive interior. As you probably know, the Limited Edition is a fully optioned (without sunroof) RS4 and the last run of their gorgeous naturally aspirated V8 engine on this car. I purchased her from Leeds Audi, but owned and maintained the car in Richmond / London TW10. I am the second owner. The car was used solely for personal use and was not a commuter vehicle - hence only has 20,4xx miles on the odometer of which I (sadly) only drove about 6,000 miles during my ownership. The car is in excellent condition - the interior is near perfect and the exterior as well, save for a tiny nick on the front lower airdam and some (lovely London roads) curb rash on the rims. You will not be disappointed in the condition of the car, and I'm looking for someone to give her a great home. My reason for selling is an upcoming international move. Selling for £34,300. Please email me, or call/text/WhatApp me at +44 7555 277011 for immediate response. The car is available as soon as you are.
  5. Hi I’ve been loosing coolant pretty rapidly the past few day’s I can’t see any leaks I’ve changed the expansion tank cap and no difference I’ve changed the oil and it wasn’t milky at all if I put my foot down to about 90 the temp will start to creep up any ideas? Head gasket maybe? I’ve had The garage test the head for leaks twice and there wasn’t any but it seems like I’ve got back pressure in the coolant system.
  6. Hi all, I’m new here and hoping you may be able to help me please. In ‘storm Dennis’ a piece of trim on my 2007 A4 convertible has flown off. It’s the black edging/trim around the upper outside of the windscreen. Does anyone know where I can buy this from please? ive tried searching eBay etc but can only find the whole silver casing. I only need the black piece of trim that slots in from the outside. Is there a separate part number does anyone know? maybe I am using the wrong wording to search? Thanks in advance
  7. Hi guys I'm new hear i'm a proud owner of a Audi S3 sports back... Please feel free to check out my car. Many Thanks... https://youtu.be/hQuQ0JZopdA
  8. Hi, I have an Audi TT 2.0 TFSI 09 plate and wondered if any knows why my headlights are so dim. I bought pretty good bulbs to replace existing ones with but didn't make any difference at all. my next thought is to completely replace headlamp units but is there a simpler fix? if not how do i find compatible headlamps? thanks a million petrol people x katie
  9. Hello everyone, i'm new here and in a process of buying used Audi MK3 car (year 2015 or 2016 - 2.0 vs 1.8), i'm deciding between the two because pricewise they are similar. Could you share some information on the main differences between 2015 and 2016 model year ? Are there any benefits to 2016 model ? I know 1.8 has less power but i think based on multiple reviews that 180 hp is more than enough because the car is super light. Additional question is what the difference is between S-line and standard version ? I'm looking into 1.8 TFSI S-line 2016 for around 20k pounds - would you go for it ? I'm based near germany so TT's are more expensive than in UK i think If any of you have any insight on what to pick or what you would pick please advise.
  10. Welcome! With regret the time has come to put this beautiful car up for sale which I've owned for 5 months with the sole intention to take it around Europe on an extended trip. From cold starts in the 5c UK morning to high speed cruising through France in the 38c summer heat, it never let us down even once. An absolute testament to Audi, the previous owners and the professionals who have worked on this car through the years. Absolutely no expense spared, all modifications professionally done with receipts totalling near £20,000! This is for me the ultimate touring car, with room to spare holding 4 x 32kg suitcases and performance to make you feel like you're in a leather clad rocket that can still manage 32mpg!! Car was serviced before purchase and twice over my ownership (Millers CFS 5w40 NT+) with plenty of brakes and tyre tread remaining. During my 10,000 miles I have done little but clean, service and fuel the car. One water-to-air intercooler was replaced to fix a slow leak which has not returned since. I went above and beyond in my servicing by also changing the supercharger oil per general consensus of modified performance enthusiasts along with the charger belt and a magnetic oil sump plug. Car recently treated to full wax, machine polish & paint protection at considerable cost, so completely free of swirl marks! Comes with 3 keys & leather Audi keyring. Owned by 5 previous car enthusiasts, car has a full history (vast majority Audi), original service manuals with the Audi folder, including the factory vehicle inspection form, tonnes more paperwork, this is a later 2010 model and has had all common issues (water pump, gearbox) already remedied by Audi obviously with receipts to prove. Visually: The deep sea blue pearlescent paint is simply magnificent, sparkles and changes colour depending on viewing angle and lighting. The car has subtle visual modifications setting it above and beyond all other Audis new and old, aiming for a stealthy low key yet aggressive look. Surrounding the bottom of the car are custom silver painted sideskirts, splitter and diffuser complete with a custom black & red Audi Sport colour theme, with the front and rear RS bumpers and black Milltek exhaust tips bringing together an excellent RS style package that turns heads everywhere. All badges except the Audi emblem have been removed, window trim chrome has been blacked-out and rear windows tinted. To finish off, the car has been lowered slightly, sitting on 20" genuine Audi RS6 "peeler" alloy wheels showcasing drilled & grooved 2-piece performance brake discs. All of this, I can attest, is to zero compromise on practicality, this beauty truly flaunts the timeless saloon car figure and propels styling, performance, handling and safety to the next level, whilst maintaining Audi comfort and luxury. Interior & Specifications: Top spec dual-clutch 4-wheel drive QUATTRO model with tonnes of features all of which are working. Lots of modern features included; ABS, dual climate control, sat nav, auto xenon headlights & auto rain wipers with adjustable sensitivity. Add to that traction & stability control, combined with the excellent semi-automatic 7 speed S-Tronic DSG gearbox that allows manual override via both flappy paddles and gear-stick, you also have Audi drive (mode) select, the coveted Audi rear sports differential, adaptive suspension dampening and adjustable dynamic steering feedback. Inside is in PRISTINE condition; 2-tone black and beige leathersport seats - heated, carbon atlas interior, B&O audio system with 11 speakers including sub-woofer, metal foot pedals, lighting pack (foot well, doors & glove box), cruise control, Sat Nav, DAB radio, Bluetooth & AUX adapters for MMI with DVD player plus in-built + SD card storage. Aircon and dual climate control with rear passenger control, HID bi-xenon auto-on and auto-levelling headlights, electric seat adjustment for both seats, leather multi-function steering wheel, premium protective floor mats in all foot wells, electric adjusted & heated wing mirrors, auto dimming rear-view mirror, front & rear parking sensors with centre console distance display, heat insulating glass, spare tyre & toolkit in the rear. Modifications list: Stage 2 Custom dyno tune by renowned MRC Tuning in Banbury, various dynos over the years showing 471-491BHP & 580-588Nm Torque DSG (gearbox) remap providing higher torque & rev limit, with launch control (only used half a dozen times) Enlarged supercharger crank pulley & high-grip belt to increase boost Full custom 2.75" resonated exhaust system by Milltek costing around £3.5k (no drone!) Intake kit with larger intake hose, K&N filter, and modified airbox for extra cold air flow ECS Tuning wheel spacers & 2-piece slotted & drilled brake rotors with EBC Redstuff pads Height adjustable KW progressive springs (with original Audi dynamic adjustable dampers) Genuine 20" Audi RS6 alloy wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres X-UK RS4 style front bumper (with parking sensors) Audi RS5 rear bumper (with parking sensors) STaSIS 28mm rear anti-roll bar 034Motorsport engine torque mount Full Interior LED light conversion B8.5 metal foot pedals Custom RS colour theme on bumper/sideskirts Rear windows professionally tinted All badges except Audi emblem are removed Blacked out chrome on window trims Hidden tracker fitted (requires subscription) not any old GPS tracker, this is the real deal! The car has also been reprogrammed to unlock additional functionality via software including the Audi debug menu, RS dashboard needle sweep upon start, oil temperature & battery level displays, enabled lowering of passenger window when reverse gear is engaged, keeping on daylight running lights when indicating, and closing/opening windows by holding down lock/unlock from remote key fob. Negatives: This is a daily driven car and certainly no garage queen which makes it's condition even more impressive. To note; few minor stone marks on front, also marks on rear bumper, small 1p crack in windshield out of driver's main view (MOT pass), shallow scuffing on edge of alloys, 1 of 2 front 12v sockets is not working. Available to view near Bristol on weekends, or during the week after 1pm - 07598901334 Price is open to offers. This car is insured for £18,000 guaranteed asset protection justified by insurers due to the car's accolade, historical records and paperwork. No test drives without cash in hand, no exceptions. I will take you out as passenger if you cannot leave payment behind. Currently located near Bristol, subject to change as we're still travelling until New Years! Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. You will not be disappointed! Video will be added here once weather clears up For now here's some photos:
  11. Got two discs I bought a few months back for a car I no longer have. OIEO £350
  12. I am currently in the market for a late Audi A6 C6 Le Edition. I have test driven a 2010 and this is my time driving a Audi ( currently driving a BMW).The car was very smooth, changed through the gears with no issues and the no noises from the suspension, as this is a big heavy car. Below is a list of things to look for and problems, I have found. Air conditioning faults Feel for water ingress in the boot (particularly behind left hand trim panel),Clonks over bumps/hard lock front ARB bushes There's a small weakness in the flap system within the inlet manifolds that will throw an engine light.Later cars ~2010 on don't suffer from this. 6 speed tiptronic box is very tough with any sort of problem rare but an oil change at 100k is often recommended as a bit of preventative maintenance. DPF 120,000 miles EGR 100-150,000 miles Inlet Manifold Swirl Flaps 100,000 miles Suspension 120,000 Cup holders dry as there is a ECU underneath Is there anything else I should look out for.
  13. Hi, I've changed my Audi A3 (2013 1.4 TFSI 8V) steering wheel. My issue is that my buttons aren't working. I'm just wondering, is this something I can fix or does it have to be like this? The steering wheel was changed from the Audi A3 normal steering wheel with shield air bag, and all MMI buttons (star, navigation, music up and down, phone) to the 2018 MF flat line S-Line steering wheel. Any help would be much appreciated!
  14. Now then guys, wondered if anyone would be interested in an Audi shell that I'm selling, 1250£ for the lot (ONO), it's a 55 plate good condition, only thing wrong with it is that the glove box needs renewing as both clips are broken and the ashtray has come away in the back. Pictures available, email me if interested. Thanks Andy

  19. Hi everyone, Recently my Dad has given me his old Audi A6 C5 which he's owned since the early 2000's. It's a FWD 1896cc diesel which has had zero mechanical issues; the only problem it's had was an electrical issue, caused from leaves building up between the windscreen and the bonnet. It's in good condition and is currently just sat collecting dust in his garage so it's got me wondering whether this could potentially be a nice little project car. I want to turn it into something a bit more exciting so I was wondering whether it would be possible to convert this into a AWD 'Quattro' with (mostly) bolt on parts or would I need to make some significant changes to the body of the car? I would imagine the chassis/frame of this car is the same as it's Quattro variants of the same year so it's just a case of fitting a drivetrain/shaft? Any insight would be really appreciated. Like I said, I'm just exploring the possibility currently. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Matt
  20. Hi everyone, This is my first time posting a forum topic on Audi Owners Club so hopefully I get this right. Basically I have a bit of a project car idea in mind and I'm looking for some advise. My Dad has driven a Audi A6 C5 since he purchased it second hand in the early 2000's. It's a FWD 1896cc diesel which has had zero mechanical problems; the only thing he has had trouble with is the ECU which got flooded with autumn leaves a few years back. Just over a year and a half ago he decided to retire the A6 when he got himself an Audi A4 2014 reg and has given me the A6. Since then I've been wondering whether I could turn this car into something a bit more exciting so with that in mind, is it possible to convert this FWD Audi C5 into a AWD 'Quattro' with (mostly) bolt on parts? Or would the whole body of the car need to be cut up and altered to get the drivetrain/shaft in? My guess would be the chassis and frame is the same as the Quattro variants sold in 2000 but I don't know, any insight would be appreciated. If possible I plan to swap the engine with something with more power like Audi's 1.8T petrol and other upgrades for some track fun. Look forward to hearing from you in advance. Matt
  21. Hi I have an A4 cabriolet 2.0 TSi 2008 plate. For a while now the car does not start when it displays the self levelling/range headlight symbol. https://images.app.goo.gl/tPyF1TVNe63Ju4oYA If it does eventually start and the symbol disappears, I often have the engine management light on and the EPC light. If I turn the ignition off it often clears it and the car is fine. Other times when it starts the brake warning light comes on. It often happens when parked on slopes. I have tried removing the fuse for the lights, and this worked for a while, but now does not work. Sometimes playing with various switches enables the levelling light to disappear and it starts. Dipstick has lost its rubber seal, this caused the engine management light to be on last but was cleared with a poke or two. The car is currently in a car park as it would not start tonight. Any help greatly appreciated. Mark
  22. Hey Guys, New to the forum, I have a diesel hatch in manual with cloth seats (nothing too exciting to write home about). My friend recently bought the new E-tron (electric suv) and I must say it is some piece of kit! Very techy and silent, it is abit bigger than a Q5 and the gadgets in it are unreal! I actually made a video on his E-tron because its was very techy and had lots of toys... Here is a wee link if anyone wants to see it 🙂 Thomas.

  24. Hello everyone, As a fan of all things audi I thought it's only right to join a forum or club. My local clubs are let's say, financed warranty wannabes. Looking for a forum with a mix of cars and ages of cars, people etc and came across AOC. Had a read through some of the chats and guides and thought yes this is the one for me! Anyway, I am a mechanic, I live in Tamworth staffs, I work on landrovers and jaguars for a living, purely because it pays the bills, but I have always had a passion for VAG, 😂. Only owned 1 Ford in the last 13 year's.. I have owned several vw and audi models, mostly older. A3 a4 golf tt a6 etc I have worked on and fixed a variety of issues and faults from electrical to mechanical on most of the range apart from the really new stuff. So hopefully I have some knowledge that I can share with you guys and gals in return for the knowledge I have taken from here in recent months. Anyway, be nice to chat and maybe even see some faces of likeminded people at a future Audi meet. Chris The Brummie Mechanic
