i just brought a 2.8l engine which came out of an Audi 80 cab, to go into my Audi 80 cab which was 2.0l. My question is do I need a new ecu and wiring loom?

can anyone tell me what size wheel I can put on my Audi 80. I have 16’s at mo but seems there is lots of room. 

Thanks for your advice. Just one more question would a a8 d2 2.8 fit right in?

The emissions are silly high and when they tried to bring it down it was no where near what it should be. 

i had thought about about it but not sure they will give as much power being an old one and the weight of the car

Thanks Steve. It failed its mot on  emissions and also has an oil leak. It’s going to be cheaper to get a new engine than fix this one not knowing what will will find. Plus the car is so heavy the engine just wasn’t good enough for it

I’ve got an an Audi 80 2ltr and I n Ed to take it out and change it. I’ve been looking at a 3.2 v6 from an a3. Does anyone kno if it will drop straight in or do I need a new gearbox etc?
