Not sure what refits to where?

Did you just remove the broken section out of the rubber sleeved T piece, and push the existing (slightly stretched section) back into the rubber sleeve?
    Kind regards,

    Gareth.

Yes removed the broken hard plastic inside the T Piece and then snipped the jagged broken end and refitted. As it is a hard plastic pipe. Cheers

    Hello W. Midlands Steve,

To avoid undue dismantling and expense:- consider measuring the outside diameter and buying the appropriate straight connector to re join. If it’s a very low pressure breather, you could  even find that a plastic push fit connector may suffice. Should be plenty on EBay.
Perhaps you could let us know how you get on.
    Kind regards,

    Gareth.

Hi, yes this is what I'm hoping I can do as I'm pretty sure is a breather. Will update on here once I've sorted within my £0 budget 🙈.

    Cheers all!

Did any liquid come out of it when you cut it?

I'm wondering if it could be a breather pipe.

No it seems to be a breather of some kind or vacuum. I will need to chase where it goes tomorrow. Just can't seem to find for looking and don't know the technical part name for it. If the T-peice isn't moulded I may be able to salvage it without replacing.

  4. Hi,

I've unfortunately just damaged this pipe and it's snapped, in the process of fixing something else! 🤦🏻‍♂️ I have no clue what it is called though?? and can't find on Google so absolutely lost what I'm looking for to fix/replace.

    Thank you. spacer.png

  5. Hi,

Looking for a Audi A6 Avant 2.0 TDI S-Line Automatic possibly manual (around 2006 age).  Happy for higher mileage and age related marks.  I'm still guaging pricing on these atm so budget dependent.  I'm located in the West Midlands and willing to travel if worth it.

I'm currently looking on eBay, Autotrader and Facebook Marketplace.,. if anyone knows anywhere else I should be looking please?

    Thank you,
    Steve

  6. Hi all,

I'm looking to buy my first Audi (A6 or A4 S-Line) and doing my research along side looking at various models for sale. I've seen a few higher mileage TDIs with CVT auto transmission. Are these autos still reliable or serviceable after 100k miles? A quick Google search says CVT boxes shouldn't last more than 100k so a little unsure whether auto is the way to go at this mileage!

    Thanks, Steve
