try this. It’s works seamlessly with my iPhone and iTunes etc

This have solved the problem. 
if phone rings via car Bluetooth the music stops, then returns after phone conversation has finished 😁

I’m not sure if it will interfere with the built in Bluetooth system?

My Q5 allows me to connect with my iPhone 12 Pro Max to make and receive calls. 
however I cannot play my iTunes music or google maps through the Bluetooth  ? 
I can connect to the 3.5mm jack in the arm rest but this means having the wire. 
my question is, Is there a device that I can use to make them wireless?

any advice would be great.
