    I am getting this fault code;

    001025 - EGR System 
                   P0401 - 002 - Insufficient Flow

                        Fault Status: 01110010
                        Fault Priority: 0
                        Fault Frequency: 2
                        Mileage: 372325 km
                        Time Indication: 0
                        Date: 2014.04.26
                        Time: 13:01:11
     
                 Freeze Frame:
                        RPM: 1953 /min
                        Torque: 198.9 Nm
                        Speed: 98.6 km/h
                        Duty Cycle: 46.8 %
                        Duty Cycle: 20.9 %
                        (no units): 0.0
                        Duty Cycle: 15.0 %
     
    I have had the system stripped and cleaned (supposedly) and yet the fault persists. I don't have a lot of confidence in the garage to be honest and would really like some advice. Help please!
