Hi all, my name is Ken Brown I am from Oldham and have a 2014 A6 Allroad estate.

Have a 2014 A6 Allroad.
Having problems with the sat nav, it lets you load all the address, then lets start to plan, says your route is being calculated and then freezes, any ideas anyone.
Does it need a sd card as both slots are empty.
