    Hi - Prior to leaving my car in for a diagnostic check I emailed the MD of the Audi dealer expressing my concern over the issue as to how the hose had come off.  Within the hour of my email he had the service manager ring me to say that they would stand over any charges for the check.  Later when I collected the car I was told it appeared that during the previous spark plug change the hose had inadvertantly been left off but was now connected once more and a full diagnostic check along with some other standard checks on tyres,brakes and linings had shown no issues. There was no charge thankfully.  I must say that although surprised at the ommision of the hose in the first place I was very impressed with both the MD'S prompt intervention but moreso the  honesty of the company.
