I have told Audi I reject the car as they can’t replicate fault, therefore can’t fix or guarantee it won’t happen again…still waiting to hear back…dealer is slow to respond

Audi A3 35 TFSI Sport, 3 months old, recovered to garage after loss of power. Data from car suggests Misfires logged on all 4 cylinders. They can’t replicate the fault and say it’s ok. Feel like I’m being fobbed off…any ideas?

Just a little frustrating as I had a Qashqai for years where you never needed to pull the switch when the engine was off…just need to get in the habit of using it again…that’s all.
