Got the usual two usb ports in the armrest one takes my memory stick and plays no bother but when i plug my i pod in it says device not supported is this common or am i doing something wrong

I have tried to get the my Audi app but i cant finish the install of it until i get my v5

Its looking for a code that should have been on a plastic ring on one of the keys but my keys doesn't have that

phoned the help line and the guy was very nice and said that i need to wait for the v5 in my name

Probably been asked before but will the wheel well take a full size wheel or is it just designed for a space saver.

If it takes a full size what is the largest it will take as my wheels are 20 inch
