any one with turbo Actuator set up tool in South Essex?

HI all I had a local company fit a Turbo actuator ( Electric Borgwarner ) to my 2007 A4 3.0 TDI , It seems they did not realise you need a VAS6395 programmer to configure it ! I have talked to my local main dealer in Rayleigh, Essex ( might as well talk to a wall) and they don't have one Does any one know of somebody who can do this in South/ Mid Essex Thank Very much Chris
