  1. SUP-chick's post in Windscreen washers (front and rear) stopped working was marked as the answer   
    Hi all, Audi replaced the washer pump and performed under warranty with no quibble. Might just buy another Audi next time. Thanks for everyone's help and sorry I overthought things!
