  1. Hello thanks for the advice the ccm ending in a K is only up to 2002 the saloon I have is a 2001 I have found a ccm online identical part numbers so I must get that ordered and now I must try and salvage a few of my connectors instead of having to rewire in all new ones I was thinking of trying to split the case of my own ccm and salvage it but when I got to the inside I can firmly say it is long gone unfortunately hahaha
  2. Okay thank you yes I was thinking that this would be the case alright would I be able to take connectors from the saloon and solder the wiring into the estate connectors the same and wires are the same colours going to each pin also after I replace the ccm will have to reprogram the ccm ?
  3. Hello just after buying 2003 C5 a6 avant I bought the car assuming ccm was the issue for all interior issues. Took it out and I was right but the connectors are destroyed with corrosion. I have a 2001 saloon a6 but the ccm does not match it is only one digit off on the part number the avant has an N and the sallon a K would I be able to use this ccm. I must now try to cut connectors off and solder in new connectors if somebody knows if these ccms are interchangeable that would be very helpful thanks
