Hi Stu
Instead of buying off the shelf exhaust why don't you find a place that makes exhaust systems. You can then tell them what you want i.e how loud, single or twin exit tail pipe.

Hi pal,
I'm looking at doing the same although I'm looking at the SQ5. I think must have service history and a test drive is a must.
-
Yes that is a B7 and not a B8.
-
You probably need to clear the fault code.
-
Sounds like you need to upgrade your MMI software to latest version.
-
Looking at buying an SQ5, any thing to look out for. I know about the injectors on early models and also the cam chain tensioner. Anything else?
-
Sounds like you need to upgrade your sat nav software to 7 digit postcode search. Try looking on eBay for the software to upgrade it.

If it is the turbo there's a guy on vag planet on Facebook that refurbs turbo's.
-
Have you tried eBay?

Out for a long drive yesterday and my wife realised her jacket was soaking wet when we stopped? Thinking it was a spill from a water bottle she had there thought nothing of it just got to work this morning and the carpet is drenched!
Any ideas what this could be? Or if anyone has had similar can they point me in the right direction as to how to sort it?
Cheers
Kris
Could be a door seal or a drain hole. You will have to visibly check them.

I have a fabrication when I brake hard more from the brake than the steering, I never used to have this and I’m thinking it could have been caused by pot holes, I have had more front wheels check and rebalanced so I know they are fine it’s still happening? So not sure what it can be
Could have damaged a track rod end or ball joint in the suspension?

I don't think you can change the name on that as it's an after market Bluetooth system that integrates with factory head unit.
-
Glad you got it sorted.

Did you find it helped Simon?
Yes when I first bought my Skoda it suffered from hesitation on acceleration. Once I used redex a few times it stopped.
-
I hope you did a full scan and saved that scan so you can refer to it.
-
Always use Redex in the Audi and my Skoda. Will also use it in the Merck I've just bought as well.
-
I know what you mean had exactly the same issue when I bought my A4 convertible. But luckily mine was fitted with Bluetooth.
-
The torque figure is the one to look at. Shark also tune cars in some of the racing series as well.
-
Pretty sure you'll have Bluetooth as well. On your phone look for Audi UHV in Bluetooth.
-
Have a look at Shark performance for a remap. They now there stuff been tuning vat cars for a few years now.

I've just changed both dipped and main beam to nightbreaker unlimited. Changed sidelights to OSRAM blue cool, looks white without being too blue.
-
I've done the delete on my OCTAVIA diesel. It has helped reduce back pressure and the turbo spools up quicker. Looking to do the same on my A4 convertible but it has 2 rear boxes so will be about £200. Will have to wait till after the new year.
-
You'll need a module and wiring. Then will need coding with vids.
-
Get the genuine VCDS. The cheap ones on eBay can destroy gateways and control modules.

Could try changing brake light switch. Had a similar problem on my b7 convertible.
