cheers fatbloke , yeah id seen someone else mention about uniroyal i had them on my old car how do they compare to the Michelin ? im open to ideas just want the best all round tyres avoiding budget ones at all costs

Just wondered what the forum members choice of tyres would be for a 2.0 tdi Quattro ?

hi Steve just picked car up from Audi went in for a recall for the lambda sensor ( free ) under the warranty even tho that ran out in jan, rang me up to say it was still under a service agreement from previous owner which was due at the end of the month so asked me if i wanted it doing free also , so its had a full service new lambda sensor and cabin filter as they spotted id fitted a K&N even gave me a leather A3 Key ring all gratis ..........nice one Audi Warrington !

well they say its common on all audi something to do with the position of the cold air intake but i cant grumble they doing me a full service for free seeing as the previous owner had took out a service plan so happy days !!!

Audi should wear "!Removed! Turpin " masks i recently had my oil changed using the specified Shell Helix Ultra VX 5w-30 by my local very trustworthy garage for £80 .

god knows but its extremely annoying haha

hi thanx steve i'll mention it to them when they ring me telling me i need to spend a squillion pounds to change the oil etc :)

Noticed this a lot during these past few cold snaps , i normally have the temp set at about 23 degrees but when turning corners ie roundabouts i get an ice cold blast inside the cabin from the front ....yep its baffled me and yes all windows are closed and aircon switched off ! :(

having the same job done today so will be very interested to see if there is any change in what is already poor MPG !
