Thanks for the reply mate. This is a synthetic and the reservoir tank states mineral only? Not sure if I can use that? Athough when look through different forums this has came up.

So I purchased a Audi A4 2ltr diesel 2007 last week and when checking through all the engine fluids I noticed that my power steering fluid is low (barely on min on the dip stick) from what I can tell when wiping the dip stick the fluid looks a very pale yellow colour. Now on the reservoir tank it says mineral hydraulic fluid only however when looking through mineral fluids the colour seems green. So I’m thinking the previous owner used the wrong fluid? Unless the fluid is bad and needs flushing? My real question is what fluid am I supposed to be using? Thanks.
