    i was reading this article. Could it be solenoids? Other gears shifts perfectly, only 3rd to 4th doesn't want to shift properly. By the way it happened suddenly, yesterday gearbox was shifting all gears perfectly. So in my opinion oil doesn't have anything with that, probably Transmission Position Sensor.

    Hi, my 2005 Audi A6 3.0TDI have trouble shifting from 3rd to 4th shift. Did diagnostics, fault number P0783 (Shift Monitoring 3-4 Shift). Gearbox code AG6 09L. Any ideas?
