  1. Problems after EA189 engine emissions update

    Hi all Just joined today after researching problems after emission recall. Recall done a couple of days ago and warning lights came on the other day. I got recovered in back to the dealer as the car wasn’t driveable and vibrations through the steering. I complained that this only had the recall done two days ago and they said my faults weren’t related to the software update. I’ve complained to Audi Uk and they say the decision is with the dealer as “they are at the sharp end”. So now I’m stuck with no car and a repair bill for £95 for a new tyre and they will reset the tyre warning for free though Unhappy as i think they punctured the tyre whilst it was one site with them I wish I hadn’t had the emissions done now!!
