Hello Gareth Sorry about that, yes did connect them properly and they are decent ones but I will add they have been used so not as good as they once was. Any ideas why it would chug a bit and cut out? Thanks for the reply Liam

Hey all New here, sorry if it's in the wrong place. Been glancing over a couple of posts that have helped slightly over the last couple of weeks but thought I would ask properly, I have an 11 plate A3 1.6 TDI and lately it has been having problems. So I have come for some advice and help. So to start with when you turn the car over it gets to about 1500 revs starts chugging then cuts out and it does this for a while before it will finally work, yesterday morning though it did it and then completely died won't turn over at all just the tick as if the battery has died, tried to put cables on to it last night but no joy. I do need to get the Dual Mass changed as well don't know if that has anything to do with it? Anyone had this problem or can anyone shine some light on what's happening? Sorry if it's in the wrong place and sorry for the long post. Cheers
