Hi sorry just seen these notifications i traced ny issue back to the mechanic who replaced the in tank fuel pump he had put the fuel line's on the wrong way round

Hello everyone new member here i have recently acquired an 2006 1.9tdi from my uncle he thought wasn't running but i have found it does start just takes about 15 seconds of cranking then starts and runs ok if i turn it off it will start again but intermittently will take a quite a few cranks it has started on the button a few times but mostly takes a few turns Over a month or so ago it cut out on him and it had a new in tank pump and fuel filte which cured it until 2 weeks ago where it has sat One last point the yellow oil light has came on but the oil level is fine Tia
