John foxtrot

I ordered a well equipped Q7 from the Dealership in March 2018 and was given a provisional delivery date of 30th June. I heard absolutely nothing from them until I phoned to ask what day this week I could collect. I had allowed them to take my Volvo at the same time in March as a part ex. I was told when I phoned that the car had not been built and I subsequently learnt from Audi UK that the factory whilst still taking orders was not giving build weeks due to over demand. Audi UK said they expected the dealers to open and honest with customers. My dealer was anything but honest. Has anyone info regarding third issue? I have since had to cancel the order as I was relying on the 7 for transport on the stated date Thanks for reading Johnfoxtrot
