Avon Ice touring, 205/65 R16, which measure about same diameter/ circumference as 18' s fitted because more rubber less wheel. Will smaller centre bore be an issue, does the B9 A4 have larger hubs?

Hello all, new to Audi ownership, A4 Avant, and a question already. Have a good (few miles) set of winter tyres currently on XC90 wheels. Looking to buy some wheels to swap tyres onto but will A3 wheels fit? The stud pattern is the same but centre bore is smaller, 57.1 instead of 66.5.

Looking to buy some wheels to swap tyres onto but will A3 wheels fit? The stud pattern is the same but centre bore is smaller, need 16 inch wheels and haven't found any from an A4.
