  1. Car is in the garage now. Thanks for replies, Apologies for delayed reply, life’s busy as it for us all. I’ll update when I get a result. what’s a p&R?!
  2. Would you be able to recommend a reader to scan for codes? There’s quite a few to choose from!
  3. If it was a dodgy injector would the eml come on? I was thinking it’s more mechanical as no warning lights present.
  4. Hi guys. My wife’s 2010 tdi has developed a vibration when cold mainly from 2nd gear upwards. Also sounds a bit tapperty when you accelerate a bit too hard when it is vibrating! Once warmed up the vibration does go away. Is this a common issue or a bit of an unknown?! She’s had the car nearly a year and it’s been a dream apart from this issue. Any help or ideas would be grateful
  5. Hi guys I’m after some advice to some stripped wheels bolts. My bosses 2011 Audi A5 has 4 stripped wheel bolts which are only just biting to hold the wheel on. It was noticed when he had an emergency tyre fitted. Now he has asked me to fix it for him! What are the chances of the thread in the hub being in an ok condition to re tap them? Or do you think a new hub is required? Also how hard is it to do a rear hub? Obviously I don’t want to take the wheel off if I’ve got no chance of getting it back on without a lot of work to do! Much appreciated for any feedback. thanks
