  1. There seems to be an issue getting the traffic data from the servers on my account. If I log out of Audi Connect and log back in, it appears to breathe life into it and I can get the Online traffic data again. However on a 2 hour journey 2 days ago, the connection was lost again about 3/4 through the journey and it went back to TMC. Strangely I tried logging out and back in to Audi Connect and got the PIN wrong and I couldn't remember it whilst I was driving so cancelled the log in. Even though I wasn't logged in to Audi Connect at that point, it immediately gave me the Online traffic data. It's as if the MMI is not properly making the connection to the traffic servers and then the process of trying to log in/out of Audi Connect re-establishes the connection. I've never experienced this in my ownership of the car (from new).
  2. Anyone else seeing this? My online traffic data on the MMI has not worked for the past few days. I get TMC or TMCPro but never "Online". Subscription has not yet expired (Sept 2018). I've seen occasions before when a journey or two has not had Online traffic data, but never for this period of time. Audi Connect working fine and definitely a connection to the outside world using the in-car SIM (I tested it with an Alexa device connected to the Wifi hotspot.)
