    HI Paul yes I’ve checked both. The garage we bought it off said it was fine and it worked a couple of times but now won’t open

    Hello I am new to the forum and have just bought my first A7 and the boot/ tailgate won’t open . I have to crawl through the seats and manually flick the switch. Can anyone help?
