  1. Just a little info, one of my backlights failed, warning on dash, rear brake light in wing cluster, cant just go out and buy a bulb, need to replace the whole cluster, circa £300. found a company that will open cluster, test and replace blown LED's WWW.irridianindustrial.co.uk, based in Cramlington, Northumberland. Job done in about half an hour, brilliant!
  2. thanks for the info, will look to get a remap.
  3. No answere so, bought the blanking plate and fitted it, made no differance at all ? car still goes into limp mode.
  4. getting problems with codes pointing to the EGR valve, once in while the "coil" light comes on and the can goes into limp mode, very little info on the net about A8's, cant even find a picture telling me where the valve is, read a lot about putting in a blank plate, most articles on the web states it does no harm and eliminates this limp mode problem, however, just been to an Audi expert, ( not main dealers ) who was horrified, told me it buggers the engine, fractures egsaust pipes causes massive problems and he just wont do it to any audi ! Little confused now, any info would be helpfull, (picture of where the !Removed! thing is would be great ?)
