  1. I had my emissions recall update done around 1 year ago, before this my car ran like a dream no issues what so ever. Since the update I have had 5 EGR pipe faults, I had these repaired at my local garage due to the distance of my nearest Audi garage. I paid for the the inlet Andy outlet pipes when they broke respectively, after this the parts and labour were covered by Audi under the manufactures parts warranty, my car was back in the garage last month for again the 5th time and shock EGR pipe has cracked. Afetr the repair the mechanic said Audi refuse to pay for the parts and Labour anymore and I have to take it to them for a full diagnostics Andy parts Andy Labour costs I will have to infuse £££££££££, Im no mechanic but I’m 100% sure this is all down to the emissions software update but I know there’s is no way Audi will admit liability for it. legally what are our rights to have this issue sorted as by reading the comments I’m not the only one suffering with this issue. I love my Audi and the brand but I feel massively let down due to this.
