Ok guys ans girls. I haven't got my A3 yet but Im looking for one around the 12/14 plate, the thing is with what im prepared to pay ill be looking at one around the 70/85000 mile mark. what sort of mileage do the dpfs start to cause problems ?. My insignia was around the 102000 mile mark. And what about the clutches and fly wheels ? again the first one on my Insignia was 86700, the one thats in there now has done 105000 (193701) The clutch an fly wheel fitted I think wii be around the 700/900 mark. With the DPS are they one of the easier one to have cleaned. Mike

Hi every one this is my first post, I'm thinking of getting my Wife an A3 Diesel, at the moment my wife has my old Passat, but its very tatty now as it was my old cab. We are also looking at the 118d but to be honest the cabin looks so much sweeter on the A3. What I was wondering was, what variant and year did the radio on top of the dash come in this in my opinion looks so good, the years we are looking at are between 2010/2014. Mike
