  1. Hi, Can I please ask if you have resolved this and how much did you pay to check the EGR ? I may potentially have to check it as well. Thanks Rad
  2. Hi guys, I have audi a6 s line black edition from 2014 Couple months ago I have had an engine management light coming up. I have sent it back to dealer who stated that this is to do with DPF system. Initially they have changed the turbo sensor, DPF sensor and also performed the DPF force regeneration. I am driving on motorway on daily basis and don't do many short trips, so regeneration should not be a problem. Audi seem to point at EGR but in order to check this they would need to charge me 8 hours of labour just to confirm whether or not EGR is a problem. This would cost around £1000 just to check if this is the problem plus then fixing or replacing it ! It seem to be excessive amount of money. Wondering if any of you has had this or similar problem, or if there is anything else that I could look at that potentially may cause this problem. I know that engine management light could be caused by anything. I have now been at 3 other garages and no one knows what is the problem there. Looking forward to seeing your thoughts and responses, any help and guidance is very much appreciated.
