Hello Phil,
It sounds like your car needs to be on an annual service schedule, based on the mileage you are doing.
Kind regards,Gareth.
yep, it already is as mileage so low, thanks for the advice

Hi wait for the 10k to clock up the 27 days is an over estimated figure based on what the ECU software has calculated.
Steve.
thanks, thought it did not sound right.

Ok, so I had my first service last September, I've done about 3000 miles since then. My car now saying oil change at 10,000 miles/27 days? I am only at 7000 miles on the clock. Do I need to change it now or wait till the next service date of Sept 22 when they will probably change the oil again?
Any help as to whether I get to choose either 10K miles or 27 days?

Yep, checked my MMI and it goes to sept 23, but then its from 11.50 (I assume a month) definitely not worth it for a map update, like you i never use parking, petrol etc so not worth the money especially when your smart phone connects to mmi

trying myself, my Audi is coming up for 18 months old and I am getting reminders, I assume i only get 18 month and not 3 years?
-
Sorted, audi found it was the rear shock and had a "dry pad" inside, they knew about this and replaced the shock and all is well

Well, we have just moved to Germany. We travelled through France with the cruise control on and no problems at all like we had before in UK. Looks to me like Audi have not fitted the correct (or installed wrong software) for the sensors for UK use!!
-
Has anyone taken their 2019 onwards Q3 to Europe? I understand the headlights switch to right hand drive automatically, but the German requirement is that the REAR fog light also should be on the other side! (our UK passenger side).
anyone tried this? Audi UK are having real problems finding out if it does and if it does not how to actually switch it to the other side of the car as its not in the software system.
The reason I ask is we will be registering the car in Germany as we are moving for 3 years.
Any help appreciated

you are still inside the 6 months under the 2015 consumer Act, they get 1 chance to fix or replace the car, its the law. My sunroof leaked after 6 months and I did a deal and got a new Q3 in Sept 20. They do have a fix for it now but maybe its something else on yours

I read somewhere the other day that the battery needs to be Coded to the car, is this triue?

I have noticed recently that when I hit a small pothole or come off a raised speed bump, I get a clunk from the rear drivers side, it like something is bouncing. I have checked under the car and all appears tight, nothing loose in the boot etc. The only thing I can put it down to is maybe the MHEV block in the boot has batteries or something inside which bounce.
Anyone else noticed this on their Q3, or got any ideas?

Just got the Q3 new. When I use the ACC on a motorway the car slows down when moving past slower vehicles on the inside lane, really annoying and dangerous as it just starts to brake. Its fine on single carriageways.
Any ideas?

I asked a few months back, I have the Vorsprung, its was £750 as they have to move the amplifier in the boot etc. I will let the AA worry about it if I get a puncture

New 2019 Q3. when starting quick flash up "traffic sign recognition:fault" anyone else have this? it still works fine and I know as M5 has temp signs and it recognises them (rather than just the sat nav knowing where the fixed signs are). Audi replaced camera so far but it still happens.....answers on a postcard please. Anyone else seen this on their audi. They are contacting audi technical next

Further to my question I have found no evidence that it is good or results in no wear, so every time I drive I just switch it off. It actually makes the driving experience better without itstopping. One road I went down the other day with slow traffic resulted in 10 stop starts!!!, hence it gets switched off from now on

I have my first Audi Q3 2019. It has start stop technology, my question is simple, does all the starting and stopping of the engine harm the engine itself??

We got an RFID pouch to put keys in when in house (EBay). Walked up to car with keys in pouch and nothing, so they do work, best tenner you can spend for piece of mind.

Warranty...... get them to sort it
