    Hi, I’m new to the forums and looking for some advice. I have an A5 3.0 tdi Quattro ( same engine as the c5 I believe ) which I have up for sale. Had someone come to view it and we went a test drive, he said the engine has a whining noise coming from it but to me it sounds normal. It sounds exactly like this video I found on YouTube. Is anyone able to confirm if this sounds normal. many thanks robert

    Hi guys, I have been searching the forum and can’t find anyone with this issue ( if it is one ). I have a 2010(59) Audi A5 3.0tdi Quattro 110k Miles. I currently have the car up for sale and someone came to view it. We went for a drive and the viewer said that the engine sounds like it has a whining noise coming from it at low revs. It has sounded the same since the day I bought it last year and I think it is just the noise of the V6 diesel.
