APC

Hi - just bought an 06 plate A4 Quattro estate - love it - however - as soon as you unlock the doors a noise is coming from the sat nav system - whirring like it’s looking for a disc - I read that the sat nav might need updating so I bought a 2019 disc but this hasn’t solved the problem - I worry it’s constantly draining the battery - the noise does stop when you lock the doors but in my job I’m in and out of it a lot and don’t always lock the doors?? Anyone else had this problem thanks
