Hi all This morning on my way to work the glow plug light started flashing; this has happened once before however not in a few months. Then about 20 mins later the DPF warning light came on. EML not on (yet, touch wood), and car is driving fine as it was before. Any idea on what could be causing it? Have read about the brake switch however they seem to be fine. Had the car a few months, all been ok bar these two lights today. Has flashed up saying it needs a service based on mileage which I’ll do soon, but it did have a sort of service pre purchase. I don’t have a VCDS, and am located in Leicester city centre throughout the working week if anyone local has one. Most of these I see describe limp mode but mines been fine so far, though this only came on this morning.
