    Hi I have a 2012 A4 Avant quattro 3.0tdi that o have owned for just over 3 months (warranty expired 30/06) previously owned by met police so thought it was a good buy as services within an inch of its life! Driving home I had it in s mode to clear dpf out it then started jumping like a rabbit and alarmed "gearbox malfunction safe to drive" it gradually dropped down the gears and then wold not move up them again or in fact move and eventually would not select gear. I have noticed vibration when in d mode driving above 60-70mph, any one else had any experience of this , garage obviously does not want to know 😞
