  1. Thanks for the reply. I will get this checked out but don’t think that there is a leak. The engine can be quiet enough in town driving. Am only getting a gruff tone or drone when the engine is being pushed. Am just finding that it is unpleasant when cruising above 65 mph. On the flat or of course going downhill all ok but on a slight incline when engine is having to work then there is a droning type noise from the engine. It is a manual gearbox. Am putting it down to the car being quite heavy for this 150 bhp engine. Also noisy of course going through the gears. Am hoping for other owner views with this engine. I bought it from an Audi dealer in September 2024 with 12000 miles recorded.
  2. Am finding that this is a noisy engine when driving say above 65 mph and particularly on in lines. Any other owners find this engine noisy - gruff or emitting a growl at speeds above 65 mph or when working hard. I can live with the noise whilst accelerating through the gears but find that it is not a quiet cruiser. Any thoughts appreciated.
  3. Hi I am planning to use my iPhone google maps feature as a sat nav as the cost of buying/installing the Audi sd card is prohibitive. Can anyone advise on how to link this to the car audio so that instructions are played through the car speakers. My phone is linked via Bluetooth to the MMI Thanks, Malcolm
