  1. Thanks, I have deleted the pairing on the iphone then on the car, then added both back again but it still comes up asking for the username and password.
  2. Hi everyone I am hoping you can help me. I have a 2018 S3 and after recently updating my iphone to iOS 13, my car is constantly asking me to enter a username and password on the audi menu to connect with my bluetooth. I have tried deleting the existing connection and putting on from scratch again but the same message keeps coming up. Is this my apple iD and password that i need to enter here ? Any help would be most appreciated, many thanks, Phil.
