  1. Comfort & sound package

    I purchased my car two days past. A Q5, 2019, with tech pack and comfort and sound pack. It’s 6 months old and I found it on Audi Approved Used. reading the advertisement the comfort and sound pack had an “i”. On pressing this it told me there was, smart key , Bang & Olufsen, rear view camera and extended interior led lights included in the pack. upon checking it seems the extended lighting has not been fitted. I have taken this up with the dealer and am awaiting his response. unfortunately I live in Glasgow and I purchased in Cheshire. has anyone ever had this problem? Can the lights be fitted retrospectively?
